Vitamins C, D, E and B12 are found in virtually every multivitamin on the market. Many of these vitamin products also contain multiple minerals. Plus these pills also contain phytonutrients (chemical compounds derived naturally from plants). So the combo of these 4 vitamins is very likely to be safe. Centrum and One-a-Day Multivitamins also contains vitamin C, D, E and B12. I am not a nutritionist, but I am over 90% sure that taking Resveratrol along with the vitamins is safe. However, please read the following lines from Wikipedia. "In the only positive human trial, extremely high doses (3–5 g) of resveratrol in a proprietary formulation have been necessary to significantly lower blood sugar. Despite mainstream press alleging resveratrol's anti-aging effects, there exists no scientific evidence for the application of these claims to mammals.
