What herbs or natural foods will lower cholesterol?
I all ready drink the yogurt shots, eat oatmeal and take fish oil capsules along with eating very healthy. I don't eat red meat, mostly chicken and fish, have cut out fats such as butter, bleu cheese dressing and mayonaisse. Increased my olive oil intake, like with dressings on salads and in cooking and avoid all 'white' foods such as potatoes, sugar, white bread, pasta and white rice.The strange thing is when I was almost 300 lbs, my cholesterol was 170, now that I've lost well over 100 lbs my last 3 cholesterol readings were 208, 219 and 212. High cholesterol does NOT run in the family, but cancer does.I do have a stressful job and stressful home life. Any good advice is appreciated. Also I do get quite a bit of excerising by walking my 2 dogs.
Will having a baby destroy my body? I am in pretty good shape and 21yrs old I eat all mostly natural foods and?
workout 4 times a weeks mostly strength training and some cardio. I am concerned that I will be unhappy if my body changes especially at my age.

So far Ive found that light, fresh foods like fruit and vegies aid concentration. While heavy foods like carbs and fats make me sleepy. But what about specific foods like wheat grass? spirulina? Id rather not take vitamin pills and stimulants like ginseng.

I live in Toledo, Ohio and I found better pricing at meijer, but it still isn't something I can afford to eat all of the time. I make decent money but not enough for $8 for a mini pizza LOL. I've been on one diet after another and have not been successful to lose wait. I'm at the point of frustration and swear never to do a diet again. I don't have so much will power to stick to them. I have an exercise regimen going, but I need to change the way I eat and have learned how. I started drinking green tea because I heard it helps to speed up ones metabolism. What are others? I mean it's still fat, and alot of saturated fat in all of those as well.
