Lemon. a sour citrus fruit is frequently recommended by the beautician for beauty complextion. On long consuming, will it be a side effect to our body? Such as too much sour acid in our stomarch which cause gastric ulcer. |

Gastric ulcers are a virus, but acidic foods can irritate them, lemon for your complexion means to put lemon juice on your skin, it will maybe lighten it a little but it also can irritate it as it is acid. everything in moderation is my best advice, drink lemon juice with water and maybe a little honey in it. one glass a day wont hurt you, |

I wouldn't eat lemons every day without brushing your teeth after doing so. I lost a lot of enamel off my teeth and dentist told me it was from eating lemons daily. Now I have lots of cavities due to no enamel on my teeth. |

Longevity = why , if you eat, you will die, if you dont eat, you will die. if you work, u will die, if u dont work, you wl die.. if u live long, you will die, if you dont live long, then also you will die. if u sleep, you will die, if u dont sleep, you will die. so why longgevity ? then you will die. if you havce yr car to drive, you will die, if you dont hacve any car then u will die. do u understand ? if u understand, u wl die. if u dont understand, u will die. |

Read about apple cider vinegar and the water cure on the web. ACV has 93 vitamins and minerals. Makes hair and nails grow very long. I have been taking ACV for a long time and there are no side effects. 2 tbls. in an 8 oz. glass of water 2 times a day. If you drinkl 6-8 glass of water per day, you will not have to worry about ulcers or any other type of gastric pain. |
