Can anyone recommend some natural supplement that has great longevity properties? either a single herb/ ingredient or a supplement containing multiple

BELL makes one. they make several all natural products I take some of them and I am pleased with them. A longevity supplement. Wouldn't that be nice. For longevity you need: 1) good genes, 2) good luck, 3) eat properly, 4) exercise regularly, 5) more good luck. You won't find it in a pill.
