I have a preschooler and she is always getting sick from her classmates. I have been sick 4 times in the last 6 months. Do any herbal remedies actually work? I'm thinking either emergen C or probiotics. I need something to boost my immunity. I already eat healthy, work out regularly and get plenty of sleep.

I take valerian, passion flower, hops, and nothing works. I have reallly bad anxiety . SO is there something wrong with the herbs? I take capsules and it seems like I" m taking nothing as it doesn't do a thing. WHY ? ? I take GABA, theanine, and it works a litttle bit. Not much. What am I doing wrong. Hi does anyone know any herbal remedies that dissolve or shrink completely a bulging disk in the neck?I read that herbs like celery,rosemary,olive oil mixed with tea tree,cu cumin,lemon balm,chamomile hot compress etc all work well. yet I was looking for either a type of herb,folk lore, Ayurveda or shaman type of remedy that is vary powerful to dissolve the bulging disk in neck at his time I'm trying herbal compress of celery seed, hot epsom salt baths,hot towel massages, and magnetic therapy...I'm a vary open minded person and I love learning about other alternatives.I stay away from chiropractors that will only make things worse, and surgery in a no no..yet there are therapies that athletes, and those involved with martial arts might be more familiar with that are all natural that can dissolve the disk..I'd like to learn those also.. thank you for reading this ashanti....if you have opinions please keep them to yourself this is a question and answer hub only..all others personal comments will be dismissed.. only real answers...all other personal comments are not necessary. in other words if your criticising, judgemental chiropractic answers ect will be dismissed..in a o called free world one should be ale to ask a question without being battered misjudged or critisised herbal remedies have been around for centuries if you dont know the full details of herbal remedies your uneducated self indulging backwards therories are of no use. this question is only for those on a higher spiritual level more than your average isnt it enough your goverment, politician, advertisers are trying to control your thoughts. my mind soul and body rebuk any evil simple minded comments. Was taking black cohosh for awhile and it worked wonders. Then it just stopped working. Switched to Borage Oil which doesn't seem to be helping much. Any other suggestions?
